How to Request a Refund
- Email trinity@catchsomerelief.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the product involved.
- Tell us briefly what happened so we can improve. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a clear photo.
- Once approved, the product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. You do not need to return the product unless our support team specifically asks and provides instructions.
What to Expect
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or the error was ours.
- After we issue a refund, your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post it.
- Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this website's guarantee.
- We may decline claims involving fraud, repeated abuse, or altered products.
