Simply return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened products. If any product is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

• Mail unopened product to 186 Birch Rd, Franklin, GA 30217 c/o Catch Some Relief.
• Email us at catchsomerelief@gmail.com and send us the tracking number on the package you’re returning.
• Once we receive the unopened product, we will issue a refund and send an email to confirm. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund.
