Who We Are

Catch Some Relief is a family-owned small business run by a husband and wife team in the Atlanta area. Our names are Trinity and Kristen. We also have a 7-year-old son, Little Trinity, along with a dog and a cat.

In the spring of 2018, CBD started to become more prevalent. CBD comes from hemp, not marijuana, though both are the cannabis plant. In Georgia, marijuana is still considered illegal – except for a TINY list of medical exceptions. Since we believe in the healing powers of the cannabis plant, we thought long and hard about how we could help people when we lived in a state where it was illegal. There are several reasons that Trinity ended up deciding on Tennessee, but we won’t bore you with those details. Just trust us when we say a lot of thought went into it.

Where We Came From

In May of 2018, Trinity went with a friend to Tennessee to open the first hemp dispensary in the state. Sure, there were already stores selling CBD oil, but nowhere in the state was there anyone putting buds in a jar and selling hemp flowers. From this, Tennessee Hemp Supply(THS) was born, and the rest is history. Very quickly, THS was helping hundreds of customers find relief from their various ailments. Some customers bought flower to smoke, and others bought oils, capsules, topicals, edibles, and so on. Trinity opened 5 stores in 115 days; it was a wild ride. While Little Trinity and Kristen stayed stayed in Georgia so as to not disrupt his “normal” too much. Life was certainly hard at times for the family, living in two different states. Trinity (aka “The Hemp Man”) and his team were helping SO many people. In the end, there was a merger. The stores are now run under a different name, and Trinity was able to move back home!

Thus, Catch Some Relief was created. Trinity loves fishing – LOVES. He and his dad fish in dozens of bass tournaments each year. CBD is great for SO many things, including inflammation and joint pain. Fishermen (and women) know a thing or two about that, so we decided to create this as a brand. Still, you don’t have to be a fisherman (or woman) to enjoy the benefits of our products. On our website, you’ll find topicals, capsules, edibles, and other CBD products. We also have flower available — just ask.

Our goal is to continue to educate people on the benefits of cannabis, CBD in particular, as well as provide wellness to those that need it. We even have a line of products for animals. Our dog takes a good dose before any thunderstorms, and she sleeps right through them. We used to have to give her 1/2 a Xanax, and she would still shake until the storm passed, so we’re happy to have found an alternative.

CBD is amazing for anxiety. Capsules can be taken daily to help decrease anxiety levels or taken as needed. Smoking hemp flower has an immediate effect, too, and even as a sleeping aid. Kristen takes two capsules daily, one in the morning to help her mood and one at night to help her sleep. We keep a container of the body butter on hand at all times! Whether we have muscle pain, joint pain, a scratch, bee sting, etc. — it works beautifully.
