SGT Soles are fluid-based cushioning insoles designed for hard-use footwear and people who spend long shifts on their feet. Sealed fluid chambers shift with pressure to help disperse impact through each step instead of simply compressing flat like ordinary foam.

Size guide

• XS: shoe sizes 5–7
• S: shoe sizes 7–8
• M2: shoe sizes 8–9
• L2: shoe sizes 9–10W
• XL: shoe sizes 11–12
• 2XL: shoe sizes 13+

Fit note: The size ranges intentionally overlap to accommodate different shoe shapes and interior space. If an insole is slightly long, trim only the toe edge along the molded guide lines until it fits.

How to fit

1. Remove the existing insoles from clean, dry footwear.
2. Place SGT Soles inside and check the heel position.
3. If needed, trim a small amount from the toe edge.
4. Recheck the fit before trimming again.
